Romance no.. Brilliant yes

This review is hard for me because I have a love hate relationship with this book. The story writting was great at times almost brilliant. But in the end I hated the book because i bought this book expecting a romance story. There is nothing romantic about it and considering that is what i wanted I really wanted to throw my kindle when I was done. I won't reash the synopsis. Caleb is a unfaithful manwhore...who is not what he seems and he is a con artist who uses people/women. Never believe anything he says.
Even though i gave the book a low rating, had it been listed in a different genre...mystery and not romance I probably would of given it 5 stars.

Caleb is definitely most women’s nightmare when it comes to an arrogant personality of one that thinks he is all that and owed by most women. And as it has been stated, he is the bad boy everyone loves to hate. But how many true Caleb’s are out there and play the field as he does and get by with it? More than we would like to admit.
Caleb owns his own company and looks at woman as his next score. He is stringing 3 along at this time and his time for his secret little rendezvous is coming to an end.
His live in girlfriend, Sarah is in the dark on his indiscretions until she comes across an email that gives her the opportunity to find out what he has been doing all along. Discovering his true self, Sarah calls him out on all of it and leaves him. In his despair, he’s driving and has an accident causing him to have memory loss.
Has Caleb changed from the person he used to be and is this memory loss a blessing for a new beginning for Sarah?
I think Ms. McNeil hit this one perfectly. I hate the man but Ms. McNeil wrote this so well, she deserves the rating she got from me.

Intense!

Caleb is a Man-Ho nothing good to say about him, well maybe his Cabinets are Exquisite. He is in a dysfunctional relationship and yes he is a major reason for that and is it really worth it tho? Yes. Caleb want's a women at the times he wants and that is all the time. He is about to be brought down quite a few pegs tho!
I was given this book for an honest review. So here it goes, I loved it! Yes we all have known man-ho's and wanted them brought down. The POV of Caleb really got to me, no I never felt sorry for him just glad when he got his ass handed to him. I cheered of course, I know bad me but oh did he deserve it! I can tell you the ending was way out of left field and I loved it! I really like when an Aurthur can throw me a curve ball! I can't wait to read Caleb 2!
